2：1 我要站在守望所，立在望樓上觀看，看耶和華對(duì)我說(shuō)什么話，我可用什么話向他訴冤。（向他訴冤或作回答所疑問(wèn)的）。

　　I will stand upon my watch， and set me upon the tower， and will watch to see what he will say unto me， and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

　　2：2 他對(duì)我說(shuō)，將這默示明明地寫在版上，使讀的人容易讀（或作隨跑隨讀）。

　　And the LORD answered me， and said， Write the vision， and make it plain upon tables， that he may run that readeth it.

　　2：3 因?yàn)檫@默示有一定的日期，快要應(yīng)驗(yàn)，并不虛謊。雖然遲延，還要等候。因?yàn)楸厝慌R到，不再遲延。

　　For the vision is yet for an appointed time， but at the end it shall speak， and not lie： though it tarry， wait for it； because it will surely come， it will not tarry.

　　2：4 迦勒底人自高自大，心不正直。惟義人因信得生。

　　Behold， his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him： but the just shall live by his faith.

　　2：5 迦勒底人因酒詭詐，狂傲，不住在家中，擴(kuò)充心欲，好像陰間。他如死不能知足，聚集萬(wàn)國(guó)，堆積萬(wàn)民，都?xì)w自己。

　　Yea also， because he transgresseth by wine， he is a proud man， neither keepeth at home， who enlargeth his desire as hell， and is as death， and cannot be satisfied， but gathereth unto him all nations， and heapeth unto him all people：

　　2：6 這些國(guó)的民，豈不都要提起詩(shī)歌，并俗語(yǔ)譏刺他，說(shuō)，禍哉，迦勒底人，你增添不屬自己的財(cái)物，多多取人的當(dāng)頭，要到幾時(shí)為止呢。

　　Shall not all these take up a parable against him， and a taunting proverb against him， and say， Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his！ how long？ and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay！

　　2：7 咬傷你的豈不忽然起來(lái)，擾害你的豈不興起，你就作他們的擄物嗎。

　　Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee， and awake that shall vex thee， and thou shalt be for booties unto them？

　　2：8 因你搶奪許多的國(guó)，殺人流血，向國(guó)內(nèi)的城，并城中一切居民施行強(qiáng)暴，所以各國(guó)剩下的民，都必?fù)寠Z你。

　　Because thou hast spoiled many nations， all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee； because of men's blood， and for the violence of the land， of the city， and of all that dwell therein.

　　2：9 為本家積蓄不義之財(cái)，在高處搭窩，指望免災(zāi)的有禍了。

　　Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house， that he may set his nest on high， that he may be delivered from the power of evil！

　　2：10 你圖謀剪除多國(guó)的民，犯了罪，使你的家蒙羞，自害己命。

　　Thou hast consulted shame to thy house by cutting off many people， and hast sinned against thy soul.

　　2：11 墻里的石頭必呼叫，房?jī)?nèi)的楝梁必應(yīng)聲。

　　For the stone shall cry out of the wall， and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.

　　2：12 以人血建城，以罪孽立邑的有禍了。

　　Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood， and stablisheth a city by iniquity！

　　2：13 眾民所勞碌得來(lái)的被火焚燒，列國(guó)由勞乏而得的，歸于虛空，不都是出于萬(wàn)軍之耶和華嗎。

　　Behold， is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire， and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity？

　　2：14 認(rèn)識(shí)耶和華榮耀的知識(shí)，要充滿遍地，好像水充滿洋海一般。

　　For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD， as the waters cover the sea.

　　2：15 給人酒喝，又加上毒物，使他喝醉，好看見(jiàn)他下體的，有禍了。

　　Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink， that puttest thy bottle to him， and makest him drunken also， that thou mayest look on their nakedness！

　　2：16 你滿受羞辱，不得榮耀。你也喝吧，顯出是未受割禮的。耶和華右手的杯，必傳到你那里，你的榮耀，就變?yōu)榇蟠蟮匦呷琛?/p>

　　Thou art filled with shame for glory： drink thou also， and let thy foreskin be uncovered： the cup of the LORD's right hand shall be turned unto thee， and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory.

　　2：17 你向黎巴嫩行強(qiáng)暴，與殘害驚嚇野獸的事，必遮蓋你。因你殺人流血，向國(guó)內(nèi)的城，并城中一切居民，施行強(qiáng)暴。

　　For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee， and the spoil of beasts， which made them afraid， because of men's blood， and for the violence of the land， of the city， and of all that dwell therein.

　　2：18 雕刻的偶像，人將它刻出來(lái)，有什么益處呢。鑄造的偶像，就是虛謊的師傅。制造者倚靠這啞巴偶像，有什么益處呢。

　　What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it； the molten image， and a teacher of lies， that the maker of his work trusteth therein， to make dumb idols？

　　2：19 對(duì)木偶說(shuō)，醒起，對(duì)啞巴石像說(shuō)，起來(lái)，那人有禍了。這個(gè)還能教訓(xùn)人嗎。看哪，是包裹金銀的，其中毫無(wú)氣息。

　　Woe unto him that saith to the wood， Awake； to the dumb stone， Arise， it shall teach！ Behold， it is laid over with gold and silver， and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.

　　2：20 惟耶和華在他的圣殿中。全地的人，都當(dāng)在他面前肅敬靜默。

　　But the LORD is in his holy temple： let all the earth keep silence before him.
